Hillwalking
What is it?
Hill walking is walking in ‘wild country’ – it combines fresh air, open vistas with adventurous exploration and exercise. Everyone can enjoy the hills and improve their navigation skills.
What can I expect to experience?
The Brecon Beacons provide and excellent introduction to mountaineering. You will choose from a range of routes which include the ever popular peaks of the Central Beacons including Pen y Fan and Corn Du or the more remote ridges and summits of the Western Beacons or the Black Mountains. The scenery is breathtaking, and the many routes provide a range of challenges for all levels of walker or aspiring mountaineer.
As part of the package we can also build in introductory navigation skills or more advanced skills for those who want to brush up on what they already know.
